"We were not actively looking for a home when we found a listing we were interested in on a Saturday and contacted Todd because we had know him from building a home. He was busy but made calls to find out about the listing and made sure that we got to see it since there was an offer on it. We saw it that evening and made an offer. We got the home and Todd then helped us sell our home. He recommended people who could help us get our home ready for sale. Our home sold fairly quickly and Todd helped us negotiate with the buyer. He helped us in many ways beyond just the sale which we appreciate more than I can express. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home."
